When you try an AI product that uses our risk-free trial platform, you're protected by our instant refund protocol. Here's the process:

Click the refund button on the AI product you tried. You'll be directed to a short feedback form.

Tell us what you tried, what didn't work, and what would bring you back. Takes under 2 minutes. This feedback goes directly to the product builder.

Get your money back

Once you submit the feedback, the refund processes instantly. Credits are returned to your balance; card charges are reversed through Stripe.

Refund FAQ

How long does a refund take?
Credit refunds are instant — the balance is restored immediately. Card refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Is there a time limit on refunds?
Credit purchases can be refunded within 30 days. Risk-free trial refunds on AI products follow each product's trial period — typically 7-14 days.
What if I already used some credits?
You can refund unused credits. If you purchased 10 credits and used 3, you can refund the remaining 7.
Do I need to provide feedback to get a refund?
For risk-free trial products, yes — the feedback-for-refund exchange is how it works. For direct credit purchases, no feedback is required.
