Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RiskFreeTrial.org and related services operated by Quizbiz LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the United States doing business as RiskFreeTrial.org.

By creating an account or using any part of our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

1. Service Description

RiskFreeTrial.org provides three categories of service:

1.1 Trial Tracking (Consumer)

A tool to track free trials, set reminders, and access cancellation guidance. RiskFreeTrial.org is a reminder and guidance tool. We do not cancel trials on your behalf, nor do we act as your agent or fiduciary with respect to any third-party service.

1.2 Billing Hub (Credit System)

A shared billing infrastructure where users purchase prepaid credits via Stripe. Credits may be used across participating domains in our portfolio. Credits are denominated in our internal unit and are not redeemable for cash except through our refund process.

1.3 Builder Program (B2B)

A platform enabling AI product builders to offer risk-free trials to their customers. End users who are not satisfied may request an instant credit refund in exchange for structured product feedback. Feedback collected through this program is shared with the builder whose product was trialed.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Provide accurate information.
• If you sign in using a third-party provider (Google, GitHub, Apple), your use of that provider is also governed by their terms. We receive only basic profile information (name, email) and do not receive or store your password from those providers.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

3.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Credits

Credits are prepaid digital units. Once purchased, credits are available across all participating portfolio domains. Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for cause. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

3.3 Refunds

We offer two types of refunds:

• Direct credit refund: If you are unsatisfied with a credit purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Unused credits will be returned to your payment method via Stripe.
• Feedback-for-refund (Builder Program): When using a builder's product through our platform, you may request an instant credit refund by completing a structured feedback form. Credits are returned to your balance immediately. The feedback you provide (what you tried, what didn't work, what would bring you back) will be shared with the builder whose product you used.

3.4 Cross-Domain Credit Portability

Credits purchased through any participating domain are pooled in a single balance associated with your account email. You can use credits across any domain in our portfolio. Transaction history is maintained per domain for your records.

4. Builder Program Terms

If you integrate with RiskFreeTrial.org as a builder:

• You agree to honor the risk-free trial promise. Customers who submit feedback through our refund portal will receive instant credit refunds.
• You will receive structured feedback data from refund requests related to your product. You may use this feedback solely for product improvement. You may not resell, redistribute, or use feedback data for marketing purposes.
• You are solely responsible for the quality, legality, and functionality of your product. RiskFreeTrial.org is a platform and does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any builder's product.
• You agree to indemnify Quizbiz LLC against claims arising from your product's performance, failures, or misrepresentations.

5. Feedback Data

When you submit feedback through our refund process, you grant Quizbiz LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process your feedback
• Share your feedback with the builder whose product you used (including your email address, so the builder can follow up)
• Use aggregated, anonymized feedback data to improve our platform

You may request deletion of your feedback at any time by contacting us. If feedback has already been shared with a builder, we will notify the builder of your deletion request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the refund system fraudulently or abuse the feedback-for-refund exchange
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or refund policies
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or access our APIs without authorization
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

RiskFreeTrial.org, its design, code, and documentation are owned by Quizbiz LLC. You retain ownership of content you submit (feedback, trial data) but grant us the licenses described in Section 5. Builders who integrate with our platform grant us the right to display their brand name and product information on our platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That trial reminders will be delivered on time or prevent unwanted charges
• That any builder's product will meet your expectations
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

RiskFreeTrial.org is not a financial advisor, fiduciary, or insurance provider. Our trial tracking and refund services are informational tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizbiz LLC's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Either party may bring claims in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us.
• Upon account deletion, unused credits are forfeited unless you request a refund within 30 days.
• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice when possible.
• Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may close your account.
